Justin Moffatt is a tourguide on the hill of Uisneach in Co.Westmeath. He has an infectious passion for ringforts having spent the past decade researching and indeed, falling in & out of them - His talk is entitled "Staring at ringforts" and in this talk he will discuss the archaeology, history & folklore of these fantastic monuments.  He will encourage & resource everyone present with the tools to start their own ringfort exploration
